What You Invest
We prioritize manual curation over algorithmic selection. Unlike volume-based accelerators, our review process is entirely founder-led. The Partners (Jason & Fabio) personally vet every submission and provide actionable feedback to all applicants, ensuring that the final cohort of 30 represents the highest tier of execution.
$50 Application Fee
Non-refundable. Covers our review time and filters out people who are not serious. If you are committed to building a real business, $50 is nothing. If you are not, this saves us both time.
Payment Integration (Required by Hour 24)
You must connect your Stripe, PayPal, or payment processor so we can track revenue automatically. We see transaction totals only-never customer data. No integration equals immediate removal.
This is not about trust. This is about building a scalable partnership model that works for 30 founders simultaneously.
15% Revenue Share (Until $200k)
We take 15% of gross revenue until you hit $200,000 cumulative. That is a maximum of $30,000 to us. Most founders complete this phase in 6-18 months.
3% Ongoing (After $200k)
Revenue share drops to 3% monthly and continues until you exit, raise funding, or buy us out. This small ongoing percentage ensures we participate in the long-term value we helped create.
2% Exit Participation (Capped at $100k)
If you sell your company or raise $1M+ in funding, we receive 2% of that transaction, capped at $100,000 maximum. This recognizes that our foundation made your exit possible.
Buyout Available Anytime. Want clean books for a funding round? Buy us out using our fair formula based on trailing revenue. Most founders keep us around because 3% is so small and we continue adding value.
