The Early Partner Incentive

We have reserved a 1% exit pool exclusively for our first and most committed Education Partners.

Our recommendation is to split this across the first 5 accepted partners, granting 0.2% phantom equity each.

For example: if GrowthStack exits at $10 million, that's a $20,000 bonus for each early partner. If the pool is ultimately split across 10 partners, that's $10,000 each.

*Note: Pool is capped at 1% total. This is phantom equity, paid only at an exit event. No ownership is transferred.

Program Basics

Annual Fee

Founding rate: $100/year. This will increase to $500/year once the directory is full.

Revenue Share

You keep 90-95% of all ticket and course sales. Payouts are made monthly.

Live workshops, micro-courses, office hours, playbook walk-throughs, and more.

Minimum Contribution

We ask for at least four valuable sessions in the next 12 months to remain an active partner.
